Single family homes closed sales were up 15.5% for October 2019 compared to the same month last year. The number of pending sales for Walton County was up 35.2%. Inventory was down 5.1%. Median sales price was down 2.9%. Dollar volume was down 9.1% over last year at $146.5 Million.
