Not true, Miramar houses off of 98 and Scenic 98, the neighborhood by Chik Fil A was college heaven, almost every house had a college banner draped from the balcony. All college kids all the way down to Pompano Joe's.

After a longggg winter with no income, the owners will rent to the college kids. The rental companies, small and some large just collect a cash deposit refundable upon inspection at check out. The money,,
