It's the second episode when he puts his hand on the line. A guy comes in with this substance that absorbs shocks. He demonstrates it by wrapping his hand in the stuff and then beating it with a ball peen hammer. He's unhurt so they decide to demo it on TV to have a car run over Billy's hand while wrapped in the stuff. (SUV Lexus for the wenches who need to know) However, Billy turns out to be a chicken and the other guy does it. It's worth it just for the other inventions they don't pick up. I personally liked the six pack Lego converter.

I watched that episode but obviously missed the car part. There was a distributor at the bike rally that was selling butt pads made of that stuff. He did the same demo both with his hand and M&M's. Pretty impressive. I don't know about driving over it with a car. Absorbing shock is one thing, but pure weight is something else, altogether. He did mention that the company got a deal to provide boot inserts for the military. There's some $$ for you!
