Croquetas de Mariscos​

Small Seafood Cakes made from Crab and Shrimp, breaded with
Panko Bread Crumbs and served with a Curry Aioli​

Masas de Puerco Fritas​

Marinated Pork Tenderloin slowly braised and then deep fried
served in bite size morsels with a Green Garlic Sauce​

Escalivada​

Catalan Roasted Vegetable Salad; Eggplant Peppers, Onions and
Tomatoes slow roasted and dressed with a Rosemary Olive Oil
Vinaigrette and served with crusty Rosemary Bread​

Costillas de Cordero​

Lamb Rib Chops crusted with Cabrales Cheese served with a
Blood Orange Gastique and Pine Nuts​

Pimientos de Piquillos Rellenos​

Smoked Piquillo Peppers from Navarra
Stuffed with a creamy Seafood Stuffing
in a light Butter Sauce

Gambas al Azafran​

Shrimp served in a Saffron Butter Sauce with
Roasted Garlic accompanied by bread for dipping​
