I reside in this subdivision and I think that the "lack of HOA" can be both appealing or a huge turn off for some. If you know what I mean

They're a good price, have you looked at comps to see if the lower priced properties are moving in the area?

Maybe it's the drone hovering overhead or is that another listing?

In the neighborhood, there has been one lot sale for $75,000 and another for $80,000. both farther away from the beach. Neither of these included a home or had tap fees paid (appx. $7500). The mobile home on the property is newer (2009) and in great shape. It's not an old trailer.
