Wedding Officiant

We are set to be married at sunset July 6th in Seagrove Beach and our minister/officiant is unable to perform ceremony. We are wanting a short and sweet ceremony with approx 25 of our friends and family. We aren't interested in hiring a "wedding company" rather a private party. Can anyone help us out?
