If the mother is carrying a baby to term it makes sense that they would be charged that way. LVT is right. Only Kings valued the unborn male child more than the mother. Early man enslaved many many children. I think you just want to argue your points and not at all interested in knowing what anyone else believes.
When my wife told me to come feel the heartbeat of our baby I think it was safe assume she was carrying the baby to term. Again it is all up to the mother’s instincts. We fathers have no idea what being pregnant is like. You and I would not be here without our mothers so maybe we should thank them and credit them with giving us life instead of all this nonsense. Telling them what they can do with their body is BS disrespectful to them.

WTF are you talking about? Kings and slaves, dragons and unicorns. My point is the only one I can argue. Yo are 100% correct I do not care about anyone else's point of view when it comes to my opinion. Serious question: Who is telling women what then can or cannot do with their bodies? The supreme court interpreted that the constitution states that this issue is on the states. If women in a certain state do not agree with the policies of that state they can move. I moved here from the northeast because I hated the policies up there. Life is not that hard people. Lets hear the 'a woman should not have to choose between where she lives and her beliefs argument'. This is going to go over like a fart in church

-your side defiantly knows about lying to get warrants so I will take your word for it
-this comes down to who you believe, if the cops were acting in good faith and they announced who they were then this girls boyfriend was 100% in the wrong because once that first shot is fired all bets are off

What if the mother hadn't made up her mind yet? It seems that you guys are good with killing the baby up to its 18th birthday, so how would anyone know.

Here's a couple to think about:
Lets say the guy wants to get an abortion and the mother has the child, does that father owe child support?
Lets say the mother gets an abortion against the fathers wishes, did that mother kill the fathers kid?
Lets say they parent go for an abortion but something goes wrong and they end up having the kid, do they sue the doctor?
