I have met dozens of them unfortunately. I make a point not to bring up politics and try to talk about anything else beside politics but sometimes the subject comes up. When it does I do try to listen and then respectfully and emphatically disagree with just about everything :)

Okay that is if they catch me on a good day. On a bad day I might say something like "you want to know what I think" and if the answer is yes : "I think Donald Trump should probably take his dictatorship circus about as far away from America as he can get because too many people have died for our Democracy and he seems hell bent to destroy it"...Have a good day!

This is beautiful! I love it when our president shoots himself in the foot. it turns out that Trump's unsubstantiated claims about the vulnerabilities of mail-in voting only suppressed Republican votes, not Democrat in the state of Georgia. If not for that, Trump probably would have won the state by 10,000 votes! :rotfl: It makes sense really. What democrat in his right mind is going to take Trump's advice, and what mindless Trump supporter is going to reject his advice? Not only that, Democrats are afraid of COVID, while Trump supporters think catching it is a rite of passage. Nothing I like better than seeing Trump shoot himself in the foot!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Trump would have won Georgia by 10,000 if he hadn’t ‘suppressed his own voting base’, says official

That’s because by listening to trump these low info cultists have regressed to the early sixteenth century thinking of answers not to be questioned. They are pre-age of enlightenment.

If President Trump defeats President Biden in 2024, with similar numbers as President Elect Biden defeated President Trump in 2020. Are you of the President Trump persuasion going to have a melt down when the transistion of government is effectively shut down because President Biden decides to be less than amicable? Asking for a friend.

Have you met a rabid trump supporter? Try to respectfully inform them they are being fed lies and misinformation and then tell us how accepting they were.
I have endured 'them' since I was a little girl. I am a UL fan and found out in the 60s when Wes Unseld (went to high school with him) played in the state tournament. The uk/out in state hated Louisville and were racist. I guess I should correct that and say 'many'. It hasn't changed except they are now far right Bevin/Trump people as you know now. They continue to vote for McMitch and that Randy Paul. So, many of you have been suffering for more than 4 years since 45 came on the national scene, but as a Louisvillian, I have been aware of this mentality for most of my life. (I was a UL/uk fan when I was a little girl.)

Don Jr. has Covid. Rick Scott has Covid. I've lost count how many Republicans, White House Staffers, GOP Senators, etc. have contracted Covid. I'd really like to see a comprehensive list. Kelly Conway, Matt Gaetz , Ben Carson, the new director of policy at the Pentagon, 150 Secret Service agents, etc, etc. Given the propensity of the GOP to outright lie about anything and everything, is it a possibility that some of these cases are lies to give these people a way to duck out of the spotlight for awhile, and try to gain some sympathy? An outlandish scenario? Come on now, it's 2020!

I read there are more republican Congress members with Covid than there are who have recognized Biden’s victory.
