It was an orderin' trip. My friend ran a catfish restaurant there for years, then decided she didn't wanna be married anymore to that guy and gave him everything and her share of the restaurant to her kids, who now run it. We had homemade hush puppies, catfish, shrimp, slaw, beans and fries. Then, she took us to her lake house for homemade coconut pie and blackberry cobbler. Then she, her present husband and parents entertained us with music and singing. Funn night. Lots of calories. GUSTO.
