The project has moved to the planning phase which cost $5mil - the local portion of 50%, $2.5 mil, was paid by St. Joe.

This is the actual "north walton" of the future. Even though much of it will be in Bay County, because St. Joe is driving future growth to their land.

Note how "West Bay Sector Plan" has morphed in to "Bay-Walton Sector Plan".

The majority is in Bay county, but JOE has always presented the West Bay Sector plan as a joint Walton Bay situation, it had to clear each county.

The majority is in Bay county, but the high end portion will be Walton.

Never thought I'd hear rumors of a Fire Station in Steelefield.
