Since we haven't had any rainfall over the last couple of days, I'm guessing that I know how the Lake was opened....

You see that sort of thing at Eastern Lake a lot, too. Most of the time they quit when they find out that it's more work to get it to open than they thought it would be. For the life of me, as much as I'm down there I've never seen it happen. We've got the same sign. Maybe if it had a rotating blue beacon...
