True Blue, my advice to you is networking. Sending out hundreds of resumes doesn't work. These days HR people get so many electronic resumes that they don't have time to read them all. You need to immediately get involved in the community, get to know people, let them see your strengths, and soon someone you've met will have an acquaintance who needs your skills. Good luck!
