Shampoo in glass bottles (a weird one, I know, just feeling nostalgic)

Too often - I miss my mind. Don't you wonder where all those thoughts are that you were thinking and going to say something about ...........and then they're gone! Must be tons of "thoughts" floating around because not all mine come back!!!

Yum! I was able to snag a wonderful recipe from Punzy this summer for meatloaf. It was so easy and delish! I was hoping for leftovers, I was disappointed. I need to make it again, now that it's "meatloaf weather".

Of course! It's very simple...

Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 oz diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.
Topping
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Mix ingredients for topping and spread on loaf.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.

I hope Punzy doesn't mind. Of course, if Skunky would stop making pictures of his food all the time, I would be inclined to eat less.

me too!!!!!!!!! although we do enjoy the DeFuniak Herald / Beach Breeze. we're getting more local than ever.
