What happened to JC Seafood Restaurant?

Passed by there tonight at about 9:15, and everything was dark, dark, dark! Supposedly it is open until 10 on Saturday night - ? Are they closed for good?

Stopped by for the first time, around 4:30 today. Had a glass of wine and an app with a friend. Looked like they were good to go. We did sit outside.
