Right now there is a lawsuite that consists of 8 states that are requesting this information. There is also a petition that has about 45,000 names on it and that was a couple of days aga requesting him to produce a legal document. He had 30 days in order to produce this document which was up this past week and his campaign did nothing, therefore the law suite began. In order to be President of the US I would think that proving you are a US citizen is very much a must and for some reason he does not want to do this along with his health report. He has only produced a doc. that is not original and a one page document from a doc. stating that he was healthy. Obama's campaign is now saying they will produce this after the election. His trip to Hawaii was not to see his sick grandmother as reporters found her to be fine in her apartment. BUT, the state of Hawaii has now said that those files are sealed. Kenya is saying the same thing. Seems fishy to me or is this just how he is going to handle anything that gets in his way. Look at what he did to Ms. West for what, asking Biden questions that should have been asked for weeks now.
The judge only found that the plaintiff did not have standing to bring the suit. The answer to the question remains. Frankly I can't understand how a citizen has no standing when questioning something related to his/her representative government?

Nothing to do with the man personally but... I went to renew my drivers license this year and had to bring my Birth cerificate (which I had to get from another state) and bring 2 other forms of ID to prove citizenship for a drivers licence! Not for Presidential Office. I would think he would have present one. Also I would think someone would know where he was born close enought to check all the surrounding hosps..

It really started occurring to me that this president bashing really started with Republican attacks on Clinton and not with Democratic attacks on Bush as some would have you believe. At least the attacks on Bush were based upon his dismal job performance rather than delusional conspiracy theories.
