I pretty much hate 'em all, but was reminded today that it has to be cleaning the fridge. Hands down.

Changing the sheets. Little woman - heavy mattress.

I hear ya.
I hate doing the thing that my cleaning service can't do -- organize my closets and the attic. That's why they are totally disorganized. ;-) There are clothes in my backup closet that are from the 90's. The closet in the library has a trash bag full of EOBs that I just can't seem to get around to sorting out. Haven't touched the attic since we moved in. 
After our daughter was born, we had a full-time nanny until daughter went to pre-school. That woman was awesome -- she helped me keep all of my closets and drawers and "stuff" organized. It was awesome.
