I can't say for sure about Nick's, but, summoning all the brain cells I have left, Junie MCGee started the cafe in the back of what is now called The Seagrove Village Market some time around 1983 or so. About the same time, give or take a year, The Seaside Grill was started, which later became Bud & Alley's. Someone mentioned Buster's but that was after "The New 98 Emerald Coast Parkway" was built, and that was certainly way, way after 1983. Can someone come up with a starting point for Angelina's?
