Some kids fishing on the beach caught this the otehr day, and I was wondering if anyone knows what it is. It was alive and moving! strange feeling.
Anyone know???
Looks like a sea slug. There are several varieties of this shell-less snail. My friend found one on Okaloosa Island last year. Unusual little critters.
I managed to find this picture of the one she found on Okaloosa Island. It was crawling along the bottom. I'll include the information she found on it: "This is a Sea Hare of the sea slug family. Google "Sea Hare" or "Aplysia fasciata" to find out more. I think it was eating seaweed. "
