What is your dream job?

Being a mom (which I am) and teaching at a university (which I do). I'm lucky to have had both of those jobs for a while. My next dream job - within 5 years - will be to be a writer on the porches, at the coffee shops, at the beach in SoWal (I may still teach part-time). But SoWal will definitely be part of my dream job and I've been planning that for over 10 years! Can't believe that time has almost come.

Yes, what we do is an awesome career. However I am getting really tired of grading papers.

I like working 26 weeks a year and being off work 26 weeks a year. I'll be in SoWal most of the time from mid-May to mid-August.

But then being in SoWal most of 52 weeks a year sounds pretty nice at my age. That being said, I'd rather be 30 and re-live having those wonderful years with our daughter growing up, and experiencing my success and hubby's success. And having Mom before Alzheimer's.

I've been blessed.
