A type of "trucker hat" made popular a few years ago by Paris Hilton, Madonna, La Lohan, et. al. They were in bright colors, sometimes camo, and very loud.

We always joked about when hats went crooked, you were the "drunk girl." You have to be on something to wear a hat crooked and still have the self confidence to be out in public-- lol.

Well you know these little trend setters like Paris and Lindsay, they may not be on anything, but being malnourished can seriously affect your judgement.
