Sorry Joe, the smiley guy who spoke little english was Mauricio. He worked for the builder and was a really kind and thoughtful person. He was hit by a car riding his bike home after dinner shortly after they finished my house. His smile was alway there no matter what.

The home is gorgeous.
Your house is exactly what we are looking for in design and size and finishings (am panting over the gas cooktop, everyone seems to use electric here), but we need to live at Port St Joe.
If we are out driving around, we might come by anyway.

Really a gorgeous house! Love everything about it. I have the exact same green glass tile in one of our baths.

Finally checked it out Donna ... love it!! You can see the quality. The kitchen is well-designed and spectacular and happens to be exactly to my taste. Love the exterior details, even those garage doors! I'll bet you are sorry to sell! Good luck.
