Bob Dean Southern Cottages. :clap_1: I really enjoyed working with him on my house. He is very selective and only does a limited number of houses each year. If anyone wants his contact info please PM me. I will check with him to see if he minds if I give out his info.

Congratulations on the sale of your home. Bob Dean is building a house for me in Sea Grove Beach and we have enjoyed working with him as well. He pays a lot of attention to details and, as you said, only builds a few homes a year. Cant wait to be come a SoWaller myself!
