Your mess isn't very messy!!! I would post my kitchen, but it is too much of a disaster.
Bdarg is trying to make whipped cream in a blender and we are all laughing and yelling at him.:roll:
well...he may not know much about making whipped cream but he is the nicest guy! Who else would man the Turkey Trot Water Hole w/little Kate (and her little lizzard friend she was choking and putting in her pocket!) and wait on all of us to get there?! :clap_1:

We ate at 12:00. I was taking a nap by 12:30. Slept for 2 hours. It was wonderful because I don't ever do that. It was a very laid back day. Just the 3 of us. That was very strange. Usually I have a house full, but everyone else had plans. I made entirely too much food, but it was all good. I tried the Cracker Barrel Double Chocolate Coca cola cake recipe that I posted. It was to die for. But the best of all was my Turkey that I brined and cooked on my grill. It was so yummy and juicy. The next best thing was my good ole southern cornbread dressing! I still have tons of leftovers. Will heat it up one more time tonight. I hope you all had a wonderful day!
darlene - this sounds like the perfect t-day. very relaxing with the ones you love most. I'm doing that exact thing for Christmas!!!
I need this recipe please3 for us, or as soon as everyone shows up. We're going to make a batch of Mermaid's cranberry margaritas before we eat. I'll let you know how they turn out!
