I use iTunes, but there are other programs, too. iTunes isn't just for
Macs
(which I am having a full-blown love affair with mine.)
If you have an iPod and you don't know what to do with it, just go to apple.com and download iTunes for free. Then attach the nano or shuffle or whatever you have with the cord that came with it to the port in your computer.
It'll walk you thru the setup of your shuffles, nanos, etc. and you'll be downloading music in no time. If you know how to click and drag, then you can work an ipod.
