Eucalyptus oil.......mix a couple of drops with hot water and inhale - do not drink it! It will open up your sinuses. (You can get it at CVS)

This sounds good. Will have to try it next time. When you say hot water, like boiling hot? Or tap hot?

My kid is sick sick. He is coughing and sneezing, sore throat, his eyes hurt, he is dizzy from the sinus pressure, fever...the whole nine yards. I feel like we have been in the doctor's office this whole year. I hate to have a 14 year old doped on day but it is the only thing that helps him feel better.
