If it's the far east part of Old 98 over by Edgewater Condo, I think it's the St. Tropez subdivision. Some very pretty houses going in there. Poked around a bit, and they've got a couple other pix of the subdivision in general with these home listings:

The other is located on the south side of 30-A in Emerald Hills with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, overlooks pool, garage 1462 sq ft. The complex is gulf front. Asking $575,000.
