These events are listed for St. Joe Club & Resorts but everyone will be able to see fireworks from the beaches.

Not exactly sure. My guess is that you should be able to see Sandestin fireworks as well as some from Seaside and WaterColor.
Not so much. Can't tell how many times I have tried to see them from the Gulfview Heights access. If there is any haze at all, you will hardly see a thing. If it's clear you, can just make some out, but they are definitely not the "ooo-ahhh" experience.
