I'm trying to think if I've ever even seen anybody wearing a sweater vest. Maybe it has some kind of crazy invisi-radar effect like Wonder Woman's jet - renders it's wearer unnoticeable to the naked eye.

I can tell you from experience that blending in while wearing jerky briefs isn't easy.
