Mimo's will be opening in the new commercial space in front of Blue Mountain Beach Village. Not sure about the Thai, perhaps our little water detective can reveal that information.

Thai place is supposed to be going on the westernmost parcel, Or that was the intention before covid when the piece was sold. That whole little development hit the ground running and then for some reason has come to an apparent standstill.

I've heard that a "Thai deli/market" will be opening in that westernmost parcel. Will only be open during the day. A title company is going in that building as well. I heard this in a HOA Zoom meeting. I'm sorry I don't have more specific info.
