If you're just lifting 1 shade crest strips are fine. Most people want instant results. Generally speaking, if you have teeth the shade of butter or deep stains then it will take a box or two. I'm sure you don't have butter teeth, so you're good.

I love me some fat bastard, and the wine too. Seriously though they sell it at he Wine Outlet for around $4.99 a bottle I believe.

I use the crest strips from my dentist....they are a little stronger than the store bought.......they work well

Both are available at the outlet. They also have 40 or 44lb. rooster, goes by a different name, but I'll probably get edited.
