It helps put life in perspective and we all need these kinds of reminders now and then for sure. One of my favorite parts is the part about the brick wall that's discussed in the article: He says, "Brick walls are there for a reason; they let us prove how badly we want something". In the video, he goes on to say that many people give up when they hit a brick wall -- only the people who want what they're going for very badly keep trying to get over the tough obstacles (and are likely to get what they want).
That was my favorite part too.
