Work-out/Exercise/Jogging Buddy?

Anyone want a buddy to work-out/exercise with? I routinely jog, run, and walk the beach.

You know what is great if you are a walker? A weight vest. I LOVE mine!!! You can build bone density and muscle and it improves cardio etc...

I live in Freeport. I come out to the beach (I prefer Stallworth) usually daily.

Let me know when. Hmm, I haven't had to escape anything, yet (on 30-A, that is), haha.

I'm open as far as when. I don't have any set time/days, I usually jog daily. I like to at least jog from Stallworth to the "main" beach-side entrance to Topsail, and back.
