YOGA on the Beach (Grayton)

For those of you who are interested, Bridgette and Jennifer are teaching YOGA on the beach at Grayton at 6pm daily (Monday - Thursday I think). Look for one of them on the eastern side of the Western Lake Outflow. Bring a big beach towel, or a large floor mat to keep the sand off of you. Don't quote me on prices, but I think they charge only $10-15 per person, and you get to take in the Sunset while you are there. I can think of no better place to practice Yoga.

All levels of experience are welcome, including those with zero experience.

Bring your swimsuit and take a dip in the Gulf when you finish class.

Will they still be doing this the week of Aug. 11? I'll be in SoWal then and may want to try some yoga on the beach. I haven't really done yoga (the weight training's doing well), but I'm ready to try it, especially if it's at sunset on the beach.
