We loved "Fargo," in spite of the violence of the deed it was based upon. The story was loosely based on a true occurence in that area. Fav parts of the movie were the scene where the two teenage prostitutes were interviewed by the police chief (played beautifully by Frances McDormand) and the scenes with William Macey as the car dealer, attempting to extricate himself from the web of deceit. The dialect and lifestyle of the area was so accurate, too. We have seen this movie at least six times.

DUDE!!!! It is the Big Lewbowski. A classic and very funny. The rug, the roach he drops on his crotch when driving in the car and John Goodman was almost as good as Jeff Bridges.

One of my all time favorites. Not a Coen movie (I do not think) but Office Space was hilarious too. "I believe that you have my red stapler...?". :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
