It would be interesting to know if the EOC has a different evacuation plan for fire, than for hurricanes...I worry a lot about these "controlled burns"--and the deer grazing along the highway scare the daylights out of me...and seeing them running along Highway 98 is an everyday occurrence.

I have had several close encounters...and one incident where two deer "flew" over the hood of my car!

And... that is a good question. Maybe we'll find out soon.

I'm not sure, but the Seagrove fire a couple of years ago seemed to be quite the evacuation cluster.
