Americana Concerts in the Lodge at Camp Helen State Park

Americana Concerts in the Lodge at Camp Helen State Park are back! Doors open at 6PM with the concert set to begin at 6:30pm on Saturday, January 25th, 2025. Snacks and beverages will be provided by the Friends of Camp Helen.
Tickets are available for purchase for a suggested donation of $15 on the Friends of Camp Helen website, friendsofcamphelen.org beginning Friday, November, 29 at 8am.

Capping off the 2025 Americana Concerts in the Lodge series, Camp Helen State Park presents the Roots and Wings XII Festival on Sunday, March 2nd from 10am - 6pm. The festival features morning workshops and afternoon concerts by some of the finest touring Americana singer/songwriters in the country. Tickets are $50 and include parking, lunch, concerts, and workshops. Scholarships will be offered to younger musicians.

Camp Helen State Park is bordered on three sides by the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, one of the largest coastal dune lakes in Florida. Activities include swimming, beachcombing, nature study, hiking, and both freshwater and saltwater fishing.

The Friends of Camp Helen State Park is a Citizens Support Organization dedicated to preserving, maintaining, and improving this park through volunteer projects, community events and fundraising. Some of our most recent projects include: The Americana Concert series, Movies & More, Fall Festival, Pumpkin Patch, International Coastal Clean-up, and park improvements. As our community grows it becomes more and more important to protect this treasure. Please consider joining the Friends, volunteering, or making a donation.
Explore Lake Powell, the Largest Coastal Dune Lake in the Northern Hemisphere with a kayak or paddle board. Also offering unique experiences to learn more about fishing in the state park, and host multiple community events throughout the year.
