Join Friends of Camp Helen State Park at the annual Movies & S'mores series, an evening filled with movies, food and fun held at Camp Helen State Park Recreation Hall. Camp Helen will feature a different movie every other Thursday, June 16th - July 28th. The evenings begin at 7:00 pm with music, hula hoops, crafts and a new interpretive program each week.

Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets. Complimentary hotdogs, chips, water, and s'mores will be provided by the FOCH. This event is FREE and open to the public.

This Labor Day Weekend Join The Village of Baytowne Wharf for Perfect Hues: Baytowne Art & Food Fest, September 2nd - September 4th. Each evening from 5pm-10pm, stroll The Village streets as you browse a variety of artwork from local and regional artists, and savor bites from some of the area’s best restaurants and food trucks. Enjoy LIVE music throughout the festival and a spectacular fireworks show over the lagoon on Sunday at 9:30pm.  Admission is free and open to the public. 

Kick off Sandestin Wine Festival at The Village Door in The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin! The festivities begin at 7 PM PM Thursday, April 7 with bite-sized appetizers and mixed drinks from Timber Creek Distillery, this event is sure to start a fantastic wine festival weekend!

Friends of Camp Helen will host their first ever fundraiser concert featuring The Currys at Camp Helen State Park on Friday, April 8 at 7PM. Tickets are available directly on friendsofcamphelen.org  for $50. The ticket price will cover park admission, dinner, and drinks.

All proceeds benefit the Friends of Camp Helen State Park. This event is sponsored by Carpe Diem Community Solutions and Edward Jones, Panama City Beach.

Camp Helen State Park invites you to their first annual Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt. Scheduled for Saturday, April 16th, guests are encouraged to visit the park anytime between 10AM - 2PM, pay $4 park admission, ask volunteers for an egg hunt card, and enjoy a color-coded hunt that encourages kids to explore and learn about the park at their own leisure. 

The scavenger hunt will have 3 different age groups: 0-3, 4-6, and 7-12. After finding an egg of each color, children can turn them in for a special prize.
