Eric Lindell is accomplished on guitar, harmonica, keyboards and bass, and has performed with many of the Crescent City's top musicians since bursting on the scene in 2005, when he first appeared at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

The South Walton Community Council hosts the 13th Annual Back To Nature Festival at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, October 17-19, 2014. The festival is one of our favorites and offers visitors and locals an opportunity to discover the wonders of our unique coastal environment. Enjoy an art show, silent auction, and outdoor adventures throughout the weekend. Barefoot Bar-B-Q will be selling food on site, and Topsail Hill Preserve will have a beverage tent.

The 4th Annual Emerald Coast Duck Regatta benefiting the Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast Guild will take place Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10am-2pm. Approximately 4,000 ducks will begin their race across the Lagoon at the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Prizes will be awarded to the owners of the first ducks to cross the finish line, including a $5,000 first-place prize!
