Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is the one eatery that serves guests from morning until to late-night. The airy restaurant serves American food, offering a la carte breakfast, breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner and lounge menus.

Each morning, Sandcastles offers an enormous buffet as well as a full breakfast menu. Lunch options include gourmet salads, sandwiches, wraps and soups. Dinner choices include steaks and plenty of fresh local seafood.

Whether you’re craving blueberry pancakes or a full-on breakfast buffet, Sandcastles is the perfect place to grab the most important meal of the day. Lighter menu items like fresh berries are available as well. And of course, breakfast beverages the likes of Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are always up for grabs.

Lunchtime brings starters, salads, and sandwiches. For a lighter take on surf-n-turf, start off with a Crab Cake, Mixed Greens Salad and a Grilled Beef Flat Iron Steak Sandwich. It’s served with pickled red onion, house-made tomato and bacon jam, baby arugula, creamy horseradish sauce and provolone cheese on a toasted ciabatta roll.

Of course, for dinner you can get actual Southern Surf & Turf – a melty 6oz grilled filet mignon with wine merchant jus and a crab cake topped with a smoked tomato hollandaise sauce, charred Broccolini and sour cream Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.

Desserts range from fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to decadent cheesecake. Both lunch and dinner feature an extensive menu of good wines, craft beers, and cocktails.

The relaxing Sandcastles Lounge, located across from the restaurant, offers a great wine list, specialty martinis, live piano music and a sampling of snacks and items from Sandcastles’ lunch and dinner menus.

Hadashi Sushi is located inside Sandcastles Lounge and has a full menu available that includes sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls as well as favorites like seaweed salad and pot stickers. The popular gathering spot has several high-def TVs and one 11-foot-wide “big screen” perfect for gameday.
