Kurt, you do a house proud. Your photography always shows a place to its best advantage. :clap_1:

Now having said that, I am a little disappointed! An unconventional, imaginative exterior hides a rather conventional interior. I expect the architect was going for a hip, loft look when he planned for the ductwork to be exposed, but I think it's distracting. The style is classic beach house--the kind Seaside's been doing for years--and the ductwork is jarring to this style, not complimentary. Sort of like they couldn't decide whether they wanted to go urban and spare or coastal cottage, so they did both. Oh well.

Ditto. When I first walked in this house when under construction, I saw several things that didn't make functional sense to me. That duck work seems to block the light which looks like it was intended to come in through all of those windows, and it also takes away the height. That being said, I like the looks from the outside, and the views are great, as is the location.

Excuse me, but that's my brother's house.

We would all be very boring if we all had the same taste. I love the outside but totally agree about the inside. I am sure some people would come to my house and say the same thing about it. No harm meant BR.

When my house is finished in Watersound I will put up a picture and let everyone have at it:D You know what they say about opinions?:dunno:

Are you PUI BR? You got us gullfriend. That is funny.

Now, I have to agree about the ductwork, that was the first thing I noticed. I do love the outside, and Kurt you did an amazing job as alway's photographing this house. However, if I was go to pay 4+ Million for a house I don't think I would want exposed ductwork. Just my opinion.
