It is so bizarre and so sad! I wasn't a fan of ANS but now that she's gone, I feel such pity for her life - - even tho she brought most of this on. There's so much speculation going on right now on CNN.

There's some really nasty comments on MSN blog....sad.:sosad:

I heard this in the car on the way to school.......she died in a casino in Florida? thats what the news said, how sad for her child.....I am wondering if it was a suicide of some sort....overdose or something like that?? what a shame....the media was on her constantly.

She seemed to always be looking for something beyond her reach and with the death of her son, I think it was just more than she could handle.
"Tortured soul" seems to be a the right way to describe her.

I find this so sad.
  • In court for years over her late husband's money,
  • Son dying a few months ago, at the same time her baby was born,
  • Court case over late husband's money is now going to Supreme Court,
  • Battles during the recent months over paternity of her daughter,
  • Her and TrimSpa recently being sued over false claims,
  • and maybe a little post-partum depression going on in addition.

That's a lot to take. I truly hope and pray she's resting peacefully now.

All I can say is pray for that baby so she doesn't end up a lost soul like her mother. If this story isn't proof that money can't buy happiness, I don't know what is.

It's like my sister said, grief can really tear up a person's body.

AIT.....well said, it's losing a child that seems to be the breaking point ....my mother in law is dangerously close to never getting over the loss of her daughter and never getting her life back , it's killing me to watch her go through this deep depression. If you have seen the interview Anna did in November, you can see the grief on her face and hear it in her voice, it's just so sad.

Just simply tragic. Now the battle over the baby will intensify 10 fold. Who else will crawl out of the woodwork claiming to be the father? I myself was never a "fan", but I felt for her when her son died just after she had her new baby.
How horrible must it be to have a baby, and not be able to "enjoy" the moment, because you're grieving over your son, who up till then, had been the only true love of your life? I think Post-Partum depression is only the tip of the ice burg. Sure a lot of her problems were brought on by her, but also by her manager/husband/cover-up whatever he was.
If I were the father of that baby I'd take her out of the country, set up a trust fund, and go into hiding. That poor kid.
