I went the entire history of the Sopranos without viewing a single episode, and to hear the bile being spilled today, I sure am glad:lol:

No, no, no. It's been a cycle. Initial anger, then I've come around and the ending makes more sense now.

You wouldn't get it anyway. A little over your head.

You might have been disappointed in the ending - or lack thereof - but you would have enjoyed many episodes along the way.

Oh, you're probably right--I'm such a tv junkie..:bang: I would have loved it I'm sure. And, maybe the ending was perfect--what do I know???:dunno:

Me too, Skunky. It goes without saying that if mr. dd won't pay for call waiting, he won't pay for HBO, so I've never seen one of 'em. I think I mighta been disappointed at the finale though had I invested all that time!

Make that three of us who've never seen an episode. To greatly simplify the rancor around the watercooler today, it would seem the ending wasn't tied up in a neat bow as many would've liked. Failing the tidiness factor, apparently more bloodshed would've also been preferred.

It was boring! It made me realize what a waste of time watching the past two seasons has been! For that I am grateful! Sopranos will be the last series I ever follow! I would not call it a genius ending. I would call it a bunch of people sitting around deciding that they may need a buck one day so lets keep it wide open and have nothing happen...It will be perfect for "Sopranos The Movie".

The Sopranos series stepped beyond "tv" and and had a lot of moments of real brilliance. It may be a box set to own!

Interesting comment about wasting time.

I don't watch much television, but my wife and I started watching "Lost" from the beginning and have, with the exception of an episode or two, seen all three seasons. It was recently announced that the show would have a finite life span and would end after three more seasons. Given the nature of the show, I can definitely see a scenario in which the finale will answer some questions but at the same time leave many more unanswered or even leave you with new ones. :bang:

I wonder if sometime in the Spring of 2010 I'll be asking myself if following the show for six seasons was a waste of time.

Not if you enjoyed the journey. :D

I agree I love LOST but for every answer they've given I have 3 more questions. It's twisted.
