Yep, K is in high school now too!
I was going to stop and talk to you at orientation last week, but I was trying to keep up with Wesley, which was an exercise in futility.

I know what you mean....I didn't even have the energy to wave at you. I think I gave you a rather weak smile. I was going through old pictures from Kindergarten-5th and I can't believe how much Wesley has grown into such the young man!!!! Kalie....well, she grows, but still stays on the petite side.
Good to know so many of the ones who were together at Butler are in High School together!!!!

Kat, you know what's even better? When they go to college together! We were at a graduation partay in June and we found out that one of Philippa's friends that she went to grade school & high school with was going to the same university, too. And now they're in the same dorm. It would be a riot if they ended up in the same sorority.

I used to drive carpool in my pjers with a long coat over them. Back in the 80's (remember Jane Fonda?) the moms used to wear these matching leotard getups with full makeup and huge earrings that matched the colors in their leotards and "tennis shoes".

I think I remember being one of those moms....way back then, so pulled together. Now with my Kalie (who is 17 or 18 years younger then my first 2) I drive in PJ's...no coat. And I love it!!!! Of course, now it's Kalie that jumps out of the car all pulled together!

I live in PJ's when I'm at home....morning, noon and night! My Mother always made us wear cute little gowns....I never knew the luxury of lounging until I met Hugh Hefner. Now I have 12 pairs, and my neighbors only see me in PJ's

Philippa chose to go to Purdue, which is less than two hours away. Excellent choice! Her brother went to college four hours away and I pined away for his whole freshman year because he only got home every ten weeks or so. I hated that.

One of my selfish reasons for being happy Philippa is at Purdue with friends she's known since 1st grade: carpool. There's an endless source of rides to and from home so Mama and Papa aren't stuck with all the driving. ;-) That's a definite plus in my book! (Yeah, that and a decent education...)

Hey it worked after resizing again....Dylan looks so tired...Sam woke up at 6 and was so excited she couldn't go back to sleep....I had to wake Dylan up a couple of times!!
