No--high speed internet. It took me so long to get internet service in the first place that I already knew to avoid America On Hold.

At home I also have high speed cable. Do you have a tool bar on top that has file, edit, view, favorites, tools, help? If so, go into tools, then internet options, and a block should come up. At the bottom click where is says clear history. you should also be able to clean out your cookies. that makes it go faster too.

Mine is file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, window, and help, but I found "clear history" under the history thing. History is cleared. (I never liked history, anyway.)

Temporary Internet files. Everytime you view anything on the Net the computer makes a copy of the URL (address) if you don't dump them(empty) it slows your performance.

I dump daily. Have great performance.

Thanks for reminding me...I have not dumped in a long time...now temp. files and recycle bin are EMPTY!!!!
