Just Got Our Power Bill For August

And this includes turning up 2 of the ac units up to 76 while we are at work till we go to bed that night. Then I turn the main floor down to 74 and the upstairs to 72 overnight.

:angry: Don't ask! I am moving to a one bedroom! All of mine were obscene! The One Seagrove Condo (2br/2ba) was almost $300.00! The Seagrove house was just $305.00 and it is three stories!!! Hoover (B'ham) house was almost $400.00 and I don't even hardly air condition the third level, there is not anybody up there! We won't talk about the clinic! :angry:

Our bill that we just paid 3 days before we left on our trip was $235.00! And that hopefully included that 100 + hot spell we had for 9 days. We have a programmable thermostat that automatically cuts itself up to 80 around 7:30 in the morning and cuts back down to 74 or 75 when it comes on around 3:30 in the afternoon. We haven't had a bill that was $300 all summer thank goodness. March's was the closest. RO, these are what we paid from March through August. But things will start cooling off soon where there will be a period where you can go without using anything for a bit.
