OOTB/Corky, thank you both for you kind words. I am so glad that you were both there for your daddy. I hope that he is continuing to get better everyday. No, no bad memories Cork. I know my mom is in a better place and that gives me all the comfort I need. OOTB, I hope that you have a wonderful move to paradise and you love every minute of it. Looking forward to meeting you one day. Take care both of you. Give that Sunshine a kiss for me Corky!!!!
Well, thought I would give everyone an update,
Pop is well, not 100% but better. I was talking w/Mom this morn and she all of a sudden...":shock
oo I have to check him, It doesn't look like he is breathing"! He was fine, it's just that he had such labored breathing in the past few months, she didn't know what it was like to see him breathing normally! In the end it was a nice feeling.
Cork is doing well, BUT exhausted, she is wearing herself out, and I do worry. She is helping out quite a bit. I was able to hook them up today to see what can be done if anything about they drug overdoses. So Cork is running with that. I talk with her...ummmmmm maybe 10 times a day?.... could be more, but definatly not less.
KD Looking forward to meeting all of these fine folks! We showd the house Sat. and they loved it, and want to place a contract, but are having issues getting financed. Young couple first time home buyers....... Hopefully this will go through and we can move on down!!!!!

Evening all!
Well, just got the call from Mom & Cork, they have been at the Dr's all day with Pop waiting results from a Heart Cath. Results were not favorable.
Pop is in urgent need of a Double Bypass, possibly triple.
They are headed to Mayo this weekend to pull the pulminary records to see how his lungs would hold up for surgery. Evidently, there is a number that gives the Dr's a range, and tells them where the lungs stand. So he has a specific number he wants before he preps Pop for Open Heart surgery. Two valves are approximatly 90 - 95% blocked, I don't recall what the third was.
So after Mayo they will then talk with a Pulminary specialist here, and the Heart Surgeon then
they will be able to make a more informed decision. The alternitive would be to put stints in.
We have been through a heck of a time with him this year, and poor cork, has truly gone through and seen alot...
So Please continue the prayers, the next week or so will be quite trying us as a family.
