Two different strategies, but what they both agreed upon was that it was best to attack Iraq before they had the ability to attack the USA. Because one chose to run a two week attack, and the other chose to spend billions of dollars on a never-ending war, does make a difference in the two campaigns, but both were scared of Iraq's future capabilities of producing and firing nuclear weapons. All I am asking is, was it right for Bill Clinton to launch an attack on Iraq, in a preemptive strike?absolutely no comparison to Bush's war. none.
