did ya'll see jdarg's siggy? she's such a bioaaaatch. :lol: I was talking on the phone the other day telling her that I was doing a diet plan that was like the South Park Plan. I meant South Beach of course.

I'm fixing to partay in pensacola with elton-baby. the south park diet starts monday, again.

I'll be here. I pretty proud of myself. Went out with the girls for dinner and I had an incredible salad with a lemon-olive oil vinegarette dressing. It was an easy choice because everything in the salad sounded so good. The work out I did earlier was a Yoga ab work out. I'm using and feeling muscles I:wave: didn't know I had. I know I'm a little late on joining in on the yoga trend but I really didn't know I would like it so much. I hate exercise and this is the first time I've ever looked forward to doing it. I may need to join a real class after I learn all the poses. Did you know there's a Yoga Nintendo DS game? No kidding!

Phase 1 is rough...remember that faux french toast recipe I posted a long time ago? It was probably my favorite SB thing.
OL,that is my problem,I do pretty good until I sit down at night to watch TV.then I want to snack.:angry:

It's a really hard habit to break. I LOVED my snacks at night. When I think I want something I go and grab a piece of gum. I think this is my 3rd night not eating anthing after dinner. So far so good. I think the key is to eat enough during the day. The protein water really fills you up and keeps you feeling full. Toots---SouthBeach makes one too. A powder to add to bottled water. It had a little less protein than the SpecialK brand.

Ya know...I used to have arms like my avatar. I was probably about 12. I'll just take my pre-baby arms anyday.

Forget the dieting and exercise, just wear your Sowal hat. It is apparently a fountain of youth!

I just got carded 2x - first for lotto tickets, then for alcohol! :yikes:

Thanks girls! I'm trying. Still doing pretty good. I haven't lost any more weight other than an initial 2.5 but I'm trying not to be discouraged by that. I haven't missed a day of working out since I started this. The bad thing is I feel like I'm catching a cold. I don't know why but this always happens to me and kind of breaks my routine. I'm eating better, taking vitamins and exercising so I don't get it. Maybe my body is in shock.:D

I was so excited today. We had to go to the sprint store to get Sam's phone fixed. (the screen just went blank all the sudden) She ended up with a new phone and as we were walking out I noticed a new take and bake pizza place. They were advertising a De-lite pizza...40 percent less calories and less fat than reg pizza. I ordered the garlic chicken pizza. It had an ultra-thin crust, garlic sauce, sliced chicken, green onions, diced roma tomatoes, and several different cheeses. It was sooo good. I had 2 slices and a salad. Mmmm.
