Does anyone know of a hairstyle website or pictures of cute haircuts we can look at? Sam has been dying to get her haircut a little shorter. She needs to be able to put it in a ponytail for cheerleading so it still needs to be long-ish. Before pic.

Daughter has had long hair all of her life except for a really bad cut when she was about 13. She got it cut last fall. I really like it. She can pull it up into a short ponytail.

Why don't you get a Keratin straightening, or is your hair really curly? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think the Keratin would work with really curly hair. I had mine done March 27. My hair is fairly straight in the winter months, but frizzes up when it's humid. The straightening is supposed to last 3 months (4 if you wash it every other day as I have been doing), but I already am noticing it becoming less straight.

Do you watch Grey's Anatomy? Katherine Heigl cut off a good portion of her hair -- it is so cute, but still goes in one of those ponytails when she is making the rounds as Izzy. I will look later to see if I can find a pic.

I like this one, just tell the stylist to leave the shortest length long enough to pull back for the pony tail holder. That is what my daughter does when she gets hers cut. Just have her take her holder with her to make sure its not too short.

I posted that haircut months ago on a separate thread for myself. OL, I also think it is a little too old for Sam. I love her hair just the way it is and she always looks like a proper young lady.
