I remember you asking, but hadn't heard of them. (I don't watch much TV.:lie:)
But, you might just be right OL. I'll check them out at Target. I just threw away some strawberries the other day because I forgot about them for a couple of days. :bang:

Forget to brush your teeth last night?

Hey, this forum used to have "health" in it. :dunno:

The ollowing is a message from spark people but it's one I need to hear so I thought I'd share.

If you forgot to brush your teeth last night, did you decide this morning to throw in the towel and never brush your teeth again? Since you're obviously a slob who doesn't have enough self- discipline to remember to brush your teeth, why bother brushing them at all if you forgot to last night?

Of course not.

So if you had ice cream for dinner last night, or didn't exercise yesterday, or gained a pound this week, don't throw in the towel! Make a healthier choice for dinner tonight by eating something lean. Go for a short walk. Weigh in again next week.

Just do NOT give up.

I'm down another pound and a half. 8 1/2 lbs lost so far. The pool opens next week. I'm not ready but I've got to look a heckava lot better than I did a month ago. I wish I would have taken a before bikini pic. I thought about doing it and posting it on the fridge but I didn't want to subject my family to that.:yikes:The mental image has been burned in my brain forever anyway.

You go, OL!

I have taken a tumble due to family problems and personal health problems. Thankfully, on Thursday I got good news from my outpatient procedures. The family problems are still there however.:sosad:

I've got to get back on the horse tomorrow.

Congrats on your medical news and hope your family issues are soon to be resolved!
